Cross-pollenating the web with our misdeeds…

We’ve just started feeding posts from our individual book blogs into this one. The purpose of this is to save us from having to copy and paste the same stuff on multiple blogs. We won’t be posting EVERYTHING from our book blogs, but we will funnel all the important stuff here to ScapegoatPublishing.com

We’re also automatically sending blog updates to our myspace page, so everything that pops up here will go over there as well.

So, expect more frequent updates on our projects as they roll along!

What is humanity’s greatest technical achievement? Why, the automobile, of course. It changed everything. Previous punditry described the automobile’s ascent from molten metal and raw rubber into ubiquitous vehicle of dreams. The chronicle of the car fills uncountable volumes. CARNIVORA: The Dark Art of Automobiles is the latest chapter in our ongoing observations of cars, their drivers, passengers, loads, and secret histories. The art and writings herein take somewhat of a left turn vis-à-vis the rather straight-and-narrow path of automotive art and writing. Instead of focusing on the vehicle’s physicality, the art of CARNIVORA focuses on the vehicle’s psychological impact.

In an examination of the dark side of automobiles and our obsession with them, CARNIVORA features an international group of 92 artists, among them: Anthony Ausgang, Glenn Barr, Zdzislaw Beksinski, Trevor Brown, Joe Coleman, Coop, Robert Crumb, Jason D’Aquino, Ron English, H.R. Giger, John John Jesse, Frank Kozik, Dennis Larkins, Tanino Liberatore, Travis Louie, John “Crash” Matos, Mark Mothersbaugh, Stanley Mouse, Niagara, Camilo Pardo, Peter Pontiac, Pooch, J. K. Potter, Dan Quintana, Sibylle Ruppert, Shag, Winston Smith, Hajime Sorayama, Tomi Ungerer, Brian Viveros, Keith Weesner, Robert Williams and Chet Zar, and texts by 22 authors, among them: Jennifer Blowdryer, Steven Blush, Harlan Ellison, Peter H. Gilmore, Jacaeber Kastor, Joseph Mauceri, Carlo McCormick, William F. Nolan, George Petros, Norman Spinrad, Pet Silvia and Chris Stein.

For The Carnal Connoisseur – Lust Magazine Archives 2003-2006

“For The Carnal Connoisseur – Lust Magazine Archives 2003-2006″ is an archive of the best articles, essays, fiction, interviews and reviews from the now defunct online sex magazine.

It is a collection of 174 pages of Satanic musings on the topic of human sexuality– including a new story by Rev. Christopher Mealie and a recent interview I conducted with Rev. Kevin I. Slaughter about his impressive collection of vintage pornography–and published them all as an 8 1/2 x 11″ book through lulu.com.

The collection is illustrated throughout with the artwork of Warlock Daniel Byrd and includes a brief afterword by High Priest Peter H. Gilmore.

I received my preview copy yesterday and I’m very pleased with the way it turned out.

If you are a collector of Satanic publications or a former Lust reader, don’t miss the opportunity to add this to your library.

To learn more or to see what material has been included, please visit http://www.lulu.com/content/1099456 and click on the “Preview this book.” link, which displays my introduction and the Table of Contents.

Thanks again to everyone who contributed to and/or read Lust during its productive run.

Please repost.

HS!

Rev. Jack Malebranche
Editor, Lust Magazine

*This book is not officially associated with Scapegoat Publishing, we do not have copies to sell, we’re just promoting one of our authors works.

All of the shirts are high-quality American Apparel garments printed with really cool inks that are “bleached” into the tees for extra comfort.

This is just the beginning… In the coming months, there will be all sorts of new merchandise, not just t-shirts, so stay tuned for more announcements. Subscribe to my blog, even!

And as always, your feedback is very much appreciated… Let me know what you like and what you don’t. If I get enough requests for a certain type of image or product, I’ll do my best to make it happen.

Thanks,
